Sprinkler and Irrigation Service in Belle Isle

From a single sunken head to a full new layout, we fix and build sprinkler systems that water each zone evenly on your permitted days. You get a set arrival window, a written plan for the work and a call from us if anything about the schedule shifts.

When your sprinklers need a professional look

Irrigation is the quiet system under your lawn and beds: the controller in the garage, the valves in their green boxes, the buried pipe and the heads that pop up to water. When it works, you rarely think about it. When one piece slips, the damage shows slowly. A dry patch here, a puddle by the driveway there, and a water bill that keeps creeping up.

Sandy Central Florida soil drains fast, so turf and shrubs depend on even coverage more than many people expect. One tilted rotor or a nozzle clogged with sand can leave a strip of St. Augustine stressed after a short dry spell.

We handle repairs, seasonal adjustments, added zones and complete new systems. Once the watering is right, our lawn care and sod installation services cover whatever the grass itself still needs.

What our irrigation work covers

Head and nozzle repair
We replace broken, sunken and mismatched heads, then set each one to the right height and arc. Rotors and spray heads put down water at very different rates, so we keep them on separate zones to avoid one area flooding while another stays dry.
Valve and wiring diagnosis
A zone that will not start, or will not shut off, usually points to a failed solenoid, a torn diaphragm or a cut wire. We test each part instead of guessing, and repair or replace only what has actually failed.
Controller programming and replacement
We set run times zone by zone, match watering days to local restrictions and adjust for the season. If you want a smart controller that responds to weather, we install it and walk you through the app.
Rain sensor check
Automatic systems in Florida are required to have a working rain shutoff device. We test yours and replace it if it has stopped responding.
Leak and line repair
Soft wet ground and weak pressure often mean a cracked pipe or fitting. We dig carefully, fix the break, backfill and set the turf back in place.
New zones and full installation
For a new system or a yard that has changed, we lay out zones around your beds, lawn and hardscape. Planting beds usually do best on low-volume drip, which puts water at the roots and keeps it off foliage.

Signs your irrigation needs attention

  • Dry strips or brown circles

Uneven browning in a clear pattern is almost always a coverage problem, not a lawn disease. A blocked nozzle or a head knocked out of alignment is the usual cause.

  • Puddles and runoff

Water pooling in the same spot, or running down the sidewalk after every cycle, means a leak, a broken head or run times set too long for the soil.

  • A zone that will not run or will not stop

Either one points to a valve or wiring fault. A zone stuck on wastes a surprising amount of water, so it is worth having it looked at soon.

  • A higher water bill with no schedule change

If your usage climbs and nothing in the program has changed, there is likely a leak somewhere underground.

  • Spray hitting the house or driveway

Heads aimed at walls, fences or pavement waste water and can stain siding over time. Usually it is a simple adjustment.

How an irrigation job runs

  1. 1

    Phone call and walkthrough

When you call, we set a free estimate visit with a specific arrival window. On site, we run each zone with you, mark problem heads and look at the controller and backflow device.

  2. 2

Written plan and a real date

You get a line-item estimate that lists the parts and labor for each repair. We give you a scheduled date, and if a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long that will realistically take.

  3. 3

    The work day

We flag heads and lines before digging, cut turf in clean sections and set it aside, and keep soil off your beds and walkways. After each repair, we run the zone to confirm coverage before moving on.

  4. 4

    Final run and updates

Before we leave, we run the full program with you and show what was replaced. If summer storms push a visit, we call ahead and reschedule rather than leaving you waiting.

What affects the cost of irrigation work

Irrigation pricing depends far more on what is happening underground than on the size of your yard alone. We test before we quote, so the estimate reflects the actual faults we find. If something unexpected turns up once we dig, we stop and talk with you before doing more.

Number of zones
Each zone has its own valve, wiring and set of heads. More zones mean more to test, adjust or install.
Condition of existing pipe
Older systems may have brittle pipe or tree roots wrapped around lines. That can turn a single repair into a short section of replacement.
Access
Lines running under driveways, pavers or mature beds take more time to reach and restore than lines under open lawn.
Parts and controller choice
Standard heads and controllers cost less than high-efficiency nozzles or smart controllers, which can lower water use over time.
Drip versus spray
Converting beds to drip involves new tubing and emitters, but it often pays off in healthier plants and less wasted water.

Irrigation questions we hear often

Something not covered here? (407) 783-8044

How often should my sprinklers run?

It depends on the season, your zones and the watering days allowed in your area. Sandy soil does best with deeper, less frequent watering rather than short daily cycles. We set run times for each zone and show you how to adjust them when the rainy season starts and ends.

Can my system be repaired, or do I need a new one?

Most systems can be repaired. We tell you plainly when repairs make sense and when the pipe or layout is worn enough that replacing it is the better use of your money. You see what we found before deciding.

Will the repair tear up my lawn?

We dig only where the fault is. Turf is cut in clean pieces, set aside and replaced, and the area is watered in so it settles back quickly.

How long does a new system take to install?

Most repairs are finished in a single visit. A new system takes longer depending on the number of zones and what we have to work around. We give you expected start and finish dates before any work begins and keep you updated if weather shifts them.

Is there a way to spread out the cost of a new system?

Yes. For bigger projects such as a full new system, we can finance amounts as high as $100,000. You choose a term anywhere from two to twelve years, and paying the balance off early carries no penalty. Mention it during the walkthrough and we will show how it would apply to your written estimate.
